AIME will present a program of new works by University of Texas Jazz Composition Department, created in response to the exhibition, “Making Africa: A Continent of Contemporary Design.”

AIME, the Alternative Improvised Music Ensemble, are a select group of jazz musicians at UT’s Butler School of Music, and performers at this event will include Matt Maldonado, Paulo Santos (Saxophones and Woodwinds), Jessica Mortensen (Tenor Saxophone), Teles Sanchez (Guitar), Cameron Riggs (Piano), Thomas Wenglinski (Keyboard), Chris Loveland (Bass), Zach Kursman (Drums), Dr. John Mills (Conductor).
This event is included in the price of admission. Free for members and UT students, faculty, and staff.
